SLYTHERIN GIRLS.
Hi. So I know everyone has been really busy with boycotts and boycotting boycotts and involuntary volunteering, but I was wondering if we should, I don't know, get together and do something nice for Pansy. She must be really stressed and stuff with her boyfr signific fr Draco going on trial and all that. Maybe we could have lunch with her or something? I'm really awful at planning stuff like this, but I think it would be nice if we did something for her. Does anyone else think that? If it's too much trouble, we could maybe just sign a card.

PRIVATE.
Things That Need Pondering and/or Action
1. Flats. Is it a good idea to find one/move in with Abigail? I'd think so, considering how sick I am of 'Tracey, isn't it your turn to do the dishes?' 'Tracey, can you walk my dog please?' etc etc. Abigail doesn't seem marvellously thrilled (but not really "ewww I hate you" either so) Do I look in Muggle London or Diagon? Muggle London will be cheaper but there's the obvious deterrent of Muggles.
2. Other people's lists. Annoying. Childish. Better than that romance novel though, because Frobisher's writing makes my eyeballs hurt.
3. Testifying. I'm glad it's over, honestly, and there couldn't have been any way to avoid it, I guess. I'm sure IS people had it a lot worse, and I'm actually glad again that I didn't join the IS. Missing out on a few dinners doesn't matter much in the long run, especially since past membership seems pretty much a one way ticket to disaster right now.
4. Anthony Goldstein. I'm completely surprised I had two conversations with him since I only understood a fifth of each one.

The end.

Doesn't anyone think this new fad-like idea of listing individuals based on physical attributes is really silly? I mean, seriously. I'm sure this has led to riots or something in the past.

ABIGAIL.
How are you enjoying your involuntary volunteering and Healer questioning? The Wizengamot... would definitely be better if I wasn't the only Slytherin. It's probably the most busy place I've had the (mis?)fortune to see in my life. I serve tea, file papers, serve more tea, and write notes until my hand is about to fall off.

And at the risk of sounding like a salesman, how do you like your current living situation?

Where were you? Did you go home instead of coming to Pansy's with us?

I wonder if we'll ever have a meal in relative peace ever again. And now, without further ado:

Reasons that Terry Boot* is Almost Definitely Lying
1. A dragon? Seriously?
2. Dragons aren't friendly. Remember fourth year? They likely would not take kindly to being escaped upon. Especially by people who have never ridden them before.
3. This sounds suspiciously like one of those comic books my brother used to read.
4. My brother's comic books were fictional.
5. ..see number one.

That was really really really disgusting and I think I've lost my appetite permanently. How are we supposed to eat under corpses? Is someone taking them away? I think they should go in the forest because no one goes and eats breakfast there.

I, for one, will never be able to understand why CERTAIN PEOPLE feel the need to turn every piece of writing into smut or things that aren't school appropriate.

That's all.

What is your opinion of everything that's happened with the sixth years? I'm not sure what to make of it entirely, though I don't like to think that sort of thing could easily happen in our year. But then, maybe it could, if one of us were pushed down a flight of stairs. I don't think anyone would care (or make as great a fuss, maybe) if it wasn't purebl

You know, I really have to wonder why people don't use these more often for word games and riddles and things like that. One would think they'd be written occasionally by Ravenclaws at lea as a distraction. Maybe the creativity is lacking in the student body, I don't know. Certainly we would have all enjoyed them as younger students, and I don't like to think we've outgrown it.

Other than H I have been enjoying my first day back somewhat.
